敏捷嘉年华大会
RSG（英文名：Regional Scrum Gathering）是中国年度最大的敏捷行业盛典，始于2008年。
今年的大会主题是：敏捷与智能，慧动乾坤 (Agility with Intelligence)
主题内涵：“慧”代表智慧，智能体；“动”象征敏捷；“乾坤”源自《易经》，寓意掌控全局，体现智能与敏捷的力量。
在全球经济瞬息万变的情况下，我们致力于将敏捷理念坚定的传输给更多的行业人士。我们坚持传播敏捷思想并传递业界正确的声音以更好地推动敏捷实践;
我们的宗旨是在整个学习的过程中，我们可以将更多的参与者聚集在一起学习、进步，连接，以及互相激励。敏捷旅途在您学习的路途中一直陪伴着你我以及我们所有人！
RSG 大会致力于宣传Scrum的核心价值：Courage (勇气)、Respect (尊重)、Focus(专注)、Openness(开放)、Commitment(承诺)，与其他会议不同的是，我们是一个由志愿者组成的非盈利活动，致力于在中国推广敏捷，建设社区，提供大家一个很好的交流机会，让企业可以更好的理解敏捷框架，并且灵活的运用于实践中!

A Regional Scrum Gathering℠ usually spans over two days. You'll meet like-minded practitioners, trainers, coaches, and thought leaders.
The theme of event is "Agility with Intelligence".
“Intelligence” signifies wisdom and smart systems, representing the rapid advancements of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, providing businesses and individuals with new perspectives and decision-making tools. “Agility” symbolizes speed, flexibility, and the adaptability inherent in agile development methodologies and work practices. “Heaven and Earth” (from the Chinese term "乾坤") originates from the I Ching, symbolizing mastery of the bigger picture. It reflects how businesses, empowered by intelligence and agility, can better navigate complex and volatile market landscapes, achieving continuous optimization and breakthroughs.
A Regional Scrum Gathering℠ is organized and hosted by the local/regional community, so each one is truly a unique and valuable experience!
